I created System Reboot because I’m sometimes where you are: tired, overstimulated, trying to keep my life, creativity, and sanity intact in one of the most beautiful (and demanding) cities in the world.
I’m trained in reiki, restorative yoga, Thai yoga therapy and more and these practices keep me whole and my clients too.

What should I wear?
Anything cozy. Think: clothes you’d nap in, not network in.
You’ll stay fully dressed the whole time, and we’ll be layering you with props and blankets so go soft, stretchy, and comfort-first. Bonus points if your outfit says “I ghosted pilates for this.”
Do I need to talk during the session?
Nope. And honestly, it works better if you don’t.
Silence is part of the medicine here. If you’re used to filling space with jokes or stories, this might feel uncomfortable at first… but that’s where the shift starts. You didn’t book this to perform, you booked this to rest. So let yourself go quiet. Let yourself be.
Can’t I just rest at home?
Sure, but have you met your notifications, your group chats, and that pile of laundry staring at you from across the room?
This is curated calm. You walk in. You’re held. You rest. You leave. No dishes. No mental gymnastics. Just nervous system peace.
Is this like therapy?
Nope. We don’t process trauma or dissect your childhood here.
