You're keeping up. The calendar's full, pilates class is pilates-ing, and the group chats are chatting. But under all that? Your body's stuck holding the bill. Tight shoulders, tired hips, jaw forever clenching.

You weren’t put on this earth to hustle through CROISSANTS and CRASH OUTS.

Feeling damn good in your body again? That’s what this is all about.

Part assisted yoga, part bodywork: all about helping your body remember what feeling good feels like.

You'll stay fully clothed while I gently move and support your body through a series of nourishing stretches, rhythmic movements and grounding pressure along the body's energy lines. The experience positively affects fascia, circulation, the lymphatic system and so much more.

hey there, i'm Kleidi jeen

Your nervous system's
bestie

You don't need another wellness girlie promising to fix your life. You need someone who knows bodies, understands nervous systems, and believes feeling good in your body should NOT be a luxury.

I've been practicing Thai Yoga Bodywork since 2014, teaching yoga since 2012 (including restorative yoga), and became a Reiki Master in 2017. Alongside bodywork, I support creatives through nervous system and somatic coaching, helping them put meaningful work into the world without abandoning themselves in the process.

Before all this, I spent 15 years as a museum curator caring for cultural heritage—work that taught me that the most precious things deserve patience, boundaries, attention and thoughtful care. That philosophy hasn't changed. Now, I simply apply it to helping creatives care for the one thing they can't replace: their bodies.

FAQ a.k.a. “The things you're lowkey wondering

Don't see your question below? Send me an email at hello@softsundae.com and I'll get back to you ASAP!

What should I wear?

Think what you'd wear to yoga, not what you'd wear to brunch afterwards.

Leggings or comfy joggers and a fitted short- or long-sleeved top are ideal. The more your clothes let me move your body comfortably, the better the session feels. (Oversized hoodies and baggy trousers might be cosy, but they do get in the way.)

A few more things that'll help us both:

  • Clean, dry feet. There'll be plenty of foot work, so save yourself the awkward "I should've cleaned my feet" thoughts. 😅
  • Skip the jewellery. Necklaces, watches, rings and chunky earrings all get in the way.
  • Tie your hair up. A bun, ponytail or anything secure is perfect. There's lots of dreamy neck and shoulder work, and trust me... untangling your hair every two seconds is a real mood killer.

Basically, come dressed to move comfortably, receive deeply and leave feeling ridiculously good in your body.

What can I expect during my session?

We'll start by chatting for a few minutes about how you're feeling, what's been going on in your body lately, and anything you'd love a little extra attention to (or would rather avoid). I'll walk you through exactly what to expect, and there's always space to ask questions before we begin.

You'll stay fully clothed and settle onto a comfy floor mat while I gently move, stretch and support your body through a series of assisted movements, rhythmic pressure and grounding touch. Some people melt into the mat. Some chat a little. Some drift off somewhere between "awake" and "that was the best nap I never took." All are welcome.

We'll finish with soothing neck, head and face work using aromatherapy oils (unless you'd rather skip the oils or that part of the session altogether).

Before you head back out to hit the Paris streets, we'll take a moment to check in about what you noticed during the session and I'll share any suggestions that might help you keep that delicious "I feel good" feeling going a little longer.

How much time should I set aside?

The bodywork itself is 90 minutes, but plan on about 2 hours for the whole experience.

We’ll take our time when you arrive to settle in, chat about how you’re feeling, what you’d like to focus on, and anything your body needs me to know. Then you get a full 90 minutes of uninterrupted bodywork w/out the rushing & clock-watching.

After that, we’ll leave ~15 minutes to come back to earth, have complimentary tea, talk through anything I noticed during the session, and share any thoughts or suggestions that feel useful.

Basically: 90 minutes of bodywork, plus enough breathing room to actually arrive and leave properly so you can enjoy Paris. Your nervous system has waited this long. Let's give it the extra 30 minutes.

Honestly, I just want to lie down and be taken care of.

Honestly? Perfect. That's basically the assignment.

System Reboot is for receiving. You stay fully clothed on a soft mat while I gently move, stretch, support and work with your body. You don't need to participate, perform, be flexible, know anything about yoga or arrive with a particular problem to solve.

You can simply show up, hand over the reins and let yourself be cared for.

If your goal is to leave feeling like a happy puddle of deliciousness, I support this agenda.

I’m not flexible. Will this still work?

Absolutely. And good news: you don't need to be flexible or even have to know what you're doing.

This isn't a yoga class and you won't be asked to perform poses. I'm the one doing the moving. I'll work with your body as it is, using supported stretches, gentle movement and pressure that's appropriate for you.

TBH, you can be very inflexible and still receive a deeply delicious session. The goal isn't to see how far your leg goes or turn you into a human pretzel. It's to help your body experience more ease, space and movement without forcing anything.

You bring the body you've got. I'll meet you there.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens; I get it. Kids get sick, deadlines appear out of nowhere, and sometimes your nervous system simply says absolutely not today.

You can cancel or reschedule your System Reboot session up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Just login to make the change or get in touch with me directly.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session, as well as no-shows, are charged the full session fee. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and last-minute changes mean I usually can't offer that time to someone else.

Feeling unwell? Please don't drag yourself onto my mat just because you think you have to. If you're sick, let me know as soon as you can and we'll figure out a reschedule. Same-day illness is handled with a little more flexibility where possible.

And about being late: because System Reboot includes a full 90 minutes of bodywork plus time to arrive and settle in, I'm unable to extend your session if you're late. Your bodywork time will be shortened accordingly. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I'll consider it a late cancellation and the full session fee will apply.

Basically: give me 24 hours notice for a refund. Communicate when life throws a grenade into your plans, and I'll do my best to work with you.

So... what does Thai Yoga Bodywork actually do?

A lot more than make you feel deliciously horizontal for 90 minutes.

System Reboot works with your body through assisted movement, stretching, rhythmic pressure and hands-on work. One of the things I love about this practice is that it doesn't just focus on one cranky muscle—it works with the body as a connected system, including the fascia and the ways your tissues move and glide together.

Pain relief is one of the things my clients rave about most. People come in with the aches and tension they've been carrying from sitting at a computer, making art, dancing, playing an instrument, parenting, running a business—or just being a human in a body—and are often surprised by how much better they feel afterwards. Research on traditional Thai massage has found reductions in chronic pain alongside improvements in perceived muscle tension, flexibility and disability, with some studies finding benefits that lasted for weeks.

It's also not a lymphatic drainage treatment, but the combination of movement, compression and hands-on work can support healthy circulation and fluid movement throughout the body. Think supporting your body's natural systems, not a "detox." Dedicated manual lymphatic drainage is its own specialised practice.

And then there's my favourite part: people often tell me they feel deeply relaxed and surprisingly energised afterwards. That's a big part of what makes System Reboot so good for creatives. You get to come down from the constant doing without feeling like you've been flattened by a nap.

Relaxed. Clearer. Looser. More awake. More at home in your body. Basically: a proper system reboot.

How often should I have a System Reboot?

First of all, you're not a car. So please don't take this personally. But... bodywork can be a little like car maintenance.

Sometimes you come in for a regular check-in because you like how you feel when you keep your body moving, supported and cared for. Sometimes there's a particular area that's been giving you grief and a few sessions closer together make more sense. And sometimes you just realise, "Oh. It's been way too long. I need that feeling again."

Think about it like seeing your doctor, too. You might have a regular check-up, or you might go a little more often when there's something specific you want support with. There's no gold-star schedule for bodywork. We'll pay attention to what your body is telling you and find a rhythm that actually fits your life.

And honestly? If your body feels great after one session and you don't need another for a while, that's okay too. I'm interested in helping you build a relationship with your body—not convincing you that you need to be on a subscription plan.
