It was early 2023. I had my fonts, my colors, & my cute freebie.
I was so excited to get back to posting on Instagram to share what I was delusionally excited about. I created a free morning routine checklist (which honestly still slaps) and a morning routine online course (since discontinued). Why did I create these? What did they have to do with my business? I donāt effing know except I was interested in embodiment practices.
I was growing beyond my yoga teacher identity. I was practicing mindfulness more and feeling called to share more about it to help people find more ease in their lives. A more mindful morning routine was a great way to do thisā¦.
No real strategy laid out mind you. No offer ladder or funnels . Just a vague idea that āhey, this is the 1:1 work Iām going to offer.ā
